Autumn Fruits Picking in Kyushu: Pears & Figs
1. Enjoy freshly-picked sweet figs! All-you-can-pick and eat for 40 minutes. Also take 3 figs home with you. 2. Pluck one nationally famous giant Shinko pear from a tree and take it home with you! ※Due to this year's climate, the tour could visit a farm when the fruits are not ripe. In that case, fruit already harvested may be served instead of picking yourselves. Alternatively, a substitute product could be provided instead. 3. Visit Beniotome Distillery to taste about 15 kinds of Umeshu (plum wine) within approx. 20 mins. 4. Take 1 bag of chestnuts as a present. 5. Relish "Kurimeshi" lunch box of rice boiled with chestnuts. A lunch box will be provided on the bus traveling. 6. Shopping at Cocco-Farm for egg-related products. Although the tour conductor/sightseeing bus could be late to the meeting place due to road conditions, they will eventually arrive, so please wait at the designated meeting point. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
