Therefore groups of 2~4 people may be separated into single rooms, even if you book for twin etc. room. *If your reservation is for 3 and more people in 1 room, a room with an extra bed(s) may be provided. *The 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa is closed on Mondays (or in case if Monday is a holiday it is closed on the following weekday). *The admission to the Public Zone of 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art is free of charge. Admission to the Exhibition Zone requires a separate cost. *For the dinner on Day-1, please have it on your own expenses around the hotel. There is a shopping district nearby the JR Takaoka Station. *Depending on the traffic and weather, the itinerary order may be changed, also the time at the sightseeing place(s) may be shortened or the sightseeing place(s) may be omitted partially, or the tour end time may be delayed. *The traffic is expected to be very congested during the consecutive holidays season so the return time may delayed greatly. In case if the tour have a significant delay, there is possibility of omitting Hida Takayama on Day-1. *Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended. *Depending on the road conditions on the day, the order of the itinerary may change. *This tour is operated with a mixture of Japanese and foreign guests. However a staff member will give you the basic information, such as meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese, although they won’t give you detailed information on the places visited. *The tour bus stops at several meeting points to pick up participants and comes to your meeting point. The bus may be late due to the traffic or other circumstances, but the bus definitely comes to your meeting point. Please make sure to wait for the bus at the designated meeting place. *For the smooth operation of the group tour, we are responsible for allocating the seating for the transportation (bus, trains etc.) used during the tour and at facilities where seats are designated. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.
