[Attention] *A shuttle bus will be used from the hotel to Ogizawa Station. When transferring to the shuttle bus, it is recommended to bring your valuables in something portable like a backpack. *Large pieces of luggage can be safely stored at the hotel before departure, which will then be forwarded to the destination (after passing through the Alpine Route). However, we will not be responsible for any damages, losses etc. so if you are worried about something happening to any of your belongings, please carry them with you. *The Toyama Chiho Railway may be used between Tateyama Station and Gohyakkoku Station when travelling from Tateyama Station to the return point. *Shopping in Tateyama on Day 2 could be omitted if it is too busy. Kamikochi *Please bring covers (e.g. picnic sheets, tarpaulin sheets etc.), backpacks, rain gear, water bottles, medicines, trash bags, high-energy foods etc., and wear suitable clothing and footwear (casual climbing shoes) for strolling/walking/hiking. *Please carry your own garbage inside the National Park. *Since access to Kamikochi is strictly regulated (to protect the environment), sightseeing buses on some days are not allowed to enter. Should that be the case on the day, we will transfer to a shuttle bus and you may have to sit in an auxiliary seat. *Although the scheduled stay in Kamikochi is 90 minutes, this may be shortened due to weather, traffic conditions etc. Alpine Route *The activity may be canceled due to dangerous conditions (snowstorms, snow removal work etc.) Furthermore, the transport used to travel the route may be suspended/closed. *Please bring appropriate footwear such as casual climbing shoes since the road surface will be slippery. Furthermore, temperatures will be typically 10-15℃ colder than at ground level, so please wear thick clothing to keep you warm (coat, earmuffs, gloves etc.) and bring other items to keep you warm (e.g. disposable pocket heaters). *Please pay attention to the information your tour conductor provides along the route such as meeting times/places. *The route is expected to be very crowded during the season. Please be aware that the return time could be significantly later than scheduled. *Due to the probable congestion on the route, an earlier than scheduled departure time from the hotel could occur meaning a breakfast Bento boxes being served. In addition, the return time could be extended and the waiting times to transfer onto the various transportation could be quite lengthy. *Flower blooming time varies slightly according to weather. *According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed. *The tour conductor will arrive at the meeting place via different departure points to pick up other guests. Although the tour conductor/sightseeing bus could be late to the meeting place due to road conditions, they will eventually arrive, so please wait at the designated meeting point. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. Language Support

A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
