Sightseeing 1. Juhyo (frost covered trees)Juhyo is also known as "Snow Monsters" as the tall imposing trees covered in snow and frost resemble some scary creature. These snow monsters draw huge crowds during December to early March. ・ Day 2, take a ropeway ride first thing in the morning to see Juhyo. ・ Day 3, get on the snowmobile named "Wild Monster" and enter deep into the forest to see Snow Monsters in Miyagi Zao. The vehicle is air-conditioned and warm inside. *Please note that there is no guarantee to see the snow monsters if there is a sufficient lack of snow. 2. Matsushima Matsushima is one of the three scenic beauties of Japan consisting of a collection of beautiful small islands in the sea. 3. Yamadera Yamadera is a scenic temple located in the mountains. Its official name is Risshakuji Temple. *Oku-no-in (Inner Sanctuary) requires a JPY300 admission fee 4. Ginzan Onsen A nostalgic hot spring town. Accommodation 1st night: Kaminoyama Onsen "Azumaya" *Their natural hot spring water is good for smooth skin and keeping your body warm and moisturized. Enjoy outdoor baths overlooking the Zao mountain range. *Enjoy Yamagata signature dishes for dinner such as Yamagata beef wine shabu-shabu, Imoni (simmered yam potato), etc. 2nd night: Naruko Onsen "Hotel Onikobe" *A very popular resort hotel in Naruko Onsen area. *Enjoy a beef dinner ranging from famous tongue to grilled Wagyu, etc. [Additional information] *Items included – Transportation, accommodation, meal(s), admission fee(s) specified in the itinerary and taxes. None of these expenses will be refunded even if the participant does not use them for whatever reason. *Items not included – Any expenses not specified in the itinerary (e.g. personal expenses, optional tours). *Items included in Infant price - Airplane seats, bus seats and facility usage charge (Meals and bedding are not included.) [Attention] *A single room for one person on the 1st night will be either a Western style single room or a Japanese style room. *Due to seating arrangements, even if you booked the tour as a group or a pair, you may have to sit separately. *Flights are subject to change according to the airline or other circumstances. The itinerary will also be amended to fit in with the new schedule. *A Japanese-speaking guide accompanies the trip. Although the tour conductor can speak English or Chinese, they do not translate for the guide. *Please join the tour with comfortable clothes and walking shoes. *The order of the itinerary is subject to change according to the traffic or other circumstances on the tour day. *This course is conducted together with Japanese participants. *To change customers (name change), a confirmation from the airline is necessary. When the flight is fully booked, a name change is not possible. When a name change is possible, a handling fee will be charged. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.

Language Support

A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
