[Attention] *Depending on bad weather etc., the Snow Wall walk may be canceled due to safety concerns. *A bus may be used instead of the Tateyama Cable Car between Tateyama and Bijodaira. *Although departures up until 30 April are scheduled to go to Sasadaira and departure from May 1 to Kanetsuri, should heavy snow lead to route restoration work and delays, all journeys will go to Sasadaira. The shuttle service from May 1 could also return to Sasadaira for reasons other than snow. Even in that case, a refund is not available. *The departure time on Day 2 could be quite early in the morning depending on how congested the Alpine Route is. A bento breakfast may be provided should this be the case. *Please be aware that due to congestion and our reservation time on the Alpine Route, the return time could be significantly late. Furthermore, due to local traffic/road conditions etc., the time spent at Murodo could be shortened. *The scheduled visit to the Snow Wall is between 15 April-22 June. *The passenger carriage on the Kurobe Gorge train does not have a window. Since umbrellas are not allowed, during bad weather, it is recommended to bring rain gear like a raincoat. Other *Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended. *Visiting spots might be very cold. Bringing thick winter clothes is strongly recommended. *Depending on traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may change. *The best time for viewing autumn leaves might change slightly depending on the weather. *This tour is attended by a tour guide and a tour conductor. The tour guide gives sightseeing information in Japanese only. The tour conductor, who can communicate in either English or Chinese, gives language support to the tour members but does not translate the Japanese sightseeing information into English nor into Chinese. *This tour is operated with a mixture of Japanese and foreign guests. However a staff member will give you the basic information, such as meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese, although they won’t give you detailed information on the places visited. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.

Language Support
