2020 Live Sumo Tournament Experience in Nagoya from Boxed Seats A


※The staff on the day will hand you the tickets. A tour conductor is not included on this trip. There is no language support during the trip. Enjoy a live sumo tournament held in Nagoya in July, 2020. Experience Japan's national sport that has a history of over 1,500 years! Feel the long existing culture of Japan at the exiting venue! 2. Watching from rather close masu boxed seats A. What are masu boxed seats? - These are futon cushion seats which you sit on after taking your shoes off. Please bear in mind that you will have to sit cross-legged for nearly 5 hours. ※Box seat is for 4 people sitting together in the square area. Sometimes you may have to share the box with other group of people. The size of the box seat is 120cm (3.9 feet)x 120cm (3.9 feet), and the preference of the sitting place in the box is not accepted. 3. Tuck into a buffet lunch at Hotel Nagoya Castle (approx. 60 mins).​ [Additional information] What's included: Transportation, accommodation, meal(s), admission fee(s) specified in the itinerary and taxes. *None of these expenses will be refunded even if the participant does not use them. What's not included: Any expenses not specified in the itinerary (e.g. personal expenses, optional tours.) What's included in "Infant Price" (4-5 years old): Boxed seat at the sumo tournament, buffet lunch. ★This tour is not available for children aged between 0~3 years old. [Attention] *This is not a bus tour and customers are expected to make their own way to the meeting place. Travel expenses are not covered. *The contents of the tournament are scheduled as 1 February, 2020. The wrestlers participating in the tournament are subject to change. The tour will be still operated even if the contents are changed partially due to the organizer's reasons, as long as the tournament won't be cancelled. If you decide you no longer want to join the tour due to changes in participants or other tournament contents, a refund is not provided (including travel expenses.) *Box seat is for 4 people sitting together in the square area. You will have to share a box with other spectators. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests of where you sit as it entirely depends on availability on the day. Furthermore, depending on the number of people in the group, you may not be able to all sit together in the same row. *The staff on the day will hand you the tickets and explain you more details. *This tour reserves boxed seat A only. Seating will be decided by our company and any requests are not allowed. Even if you have companies, you might be provided different box seats. *Bringing binoculars can enhance your viewing experience. *This tour is operated with a mixture of Japanese and foreign guests. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.

This particular course is operated as a free plan tour, therefore there will not be any language support from a tour conductor. We will however, provide the final confirmation and itinerary in the preferred language of your choice.
