The tickets for the rice and seafood toppings (JPY160 and JPY1,500 respectively) will be readied. Please be aware that no change is given and that any difference will have to be paid by you. Accommodation *New Akan Hotel/Sky Garden Spa: Please wear suitable bathing costume or a swimsuit. Bathing costumes can be borrowed for free but you will have to bring your own swimsuit. ※Spa may be closed during bad weather. *At Kushiro Prince Hotel, for 3-4 person rooms, an extra bed (or sofa bed) will be provided in the twin room or 2 separate rooms might be provided. Attire *Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Tour bus *This tour is operated with a mix of Japanese and foreign guests. *A Japanese-speaking sightseeing guide is accompanied. A tour conductor speaks English or Chinese, however he/she does not translate what the sightseeing guide is saying. Flights *Please be aware that there is a possibility of a connected flight at New Chitose Airport. *The meeting time on the departure dates is 50 minutes before the scheduled flight. If customers cannot make it to the meeting point on time, they will have to bear the costs of the previous night's hotel and other fees like the taxi fare. Details on the meeting point (time, location etc.) will be revealed a week before the departure. *The itinerary is subject to change and even activities cancelled should the weather be significantly bad. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that flights and other transportation are significantly delayed, suspended etc., any additional expenses incurred (accommodation, travel, food etc.) will be at your own expense. *When allocating plane seats, even if you booked as a group, you may be separated. Even customers who booked for two may not be seated next to each other or sat on the same row. *To change customers (name change), a confirmation from the airline is necessary. When the flight is fully booked, a name change is not possible. When a name change is possible, a handling fee will be charged. Other *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017.
