Have an open kitchen dinner with freshly prepared oysters and scallops. *Day-2 Asahidake Onsen・La Vista Daisetsuzan A hot spring resort hotel at the foot of Daisetsuzan Asahidake. Relish an original French course for dinner. 3. Visit popular autumn leaves and sightseeing locations in Hokkaido. *Day-1 Enjoy wonderful scenery only possible to see this time of the year・・・ Lake Notoro: View the coral grass of crimson color. ※Best viewing season is mid to late September. Before/after the best viewing period, visit Cape Notoro instead. *Day-2 View beautiful scenery of the autumn leaves. Daisetsuzan・Kurodake: Ride a ropeway and enjoy the autumn colors spread before your eyes.♪ Enjoy strolling at the 5th Station as well! Ueno Farm: View the seasonal flowers such as aster and cimicifuga in bloom.♪ *Day-3 Visiting famous sightseeing spots in central Hokkaido.♪ Daisetsuzan・Asahidake: Visit early in the morning, while it is not that crowded with a nature guide (Japanese-speaking only). Blue Pond: Contrast between mysterious cobalt blue pond and yellow leaves. Biei: View the autumn tinted hill landscape from the bus window. Enjoy the unique autumn gourmet of Hokkaido♪ *Lunch on Day-2 Japanese set meal with seasonal local ingredients at the 5-star Hotel Taisetsu. *Lunch on Day-3 Original French cuisine with local vegetables in Furano. What's included in Infant Price (3-5 years old): Plane and bus seats, domestic flight facility fees only (meals and bedding not included) [Attention] Itinerary/Course contents *The order of the itinerary is subject to change or be completed in reverse due to unavoidable circumstances. In addition, the order of the sightseeing spots visited may change as well as the airports used. *Please be aware that some ingredients, especially seafood, may change depending on the catch and stock availability. *The best viewing season of autumn leaves and coral grass differs according to the weather conditions. There is a chance that you may not be able to see the plants should the viewing period be before or after the tour. *The best time to see coral grass is usually September. Before/after the best viewing period, you will visit Cape Notoro instead. *The ropeway will not operate in bad weather. In that case, you will have free time around the 5th Station at Kurodake and the tour will visit the Sugatami-no-ike Pond area instead of Asahidake. *Due to the poor visibility or depending on the weather, you might not enjoy the views fully. *Some parts of the tour route are rough ground. Please make sure to prepare comfortable clothes and walking shoes. *Please wear appropriate footwear such as trekking shoes, since some areas may have poor footing due to snow. *Please wear warm clothing for the visit to Daisetsuzan since we will be travelling to an altitude of 1,600m above sea level. From September onwards, the temperature can change very suddenly especially when there are strong winds (the season’s first snow may also be falling.) Proper cold-resistant clothing is necessary. *Please also bring rain gear like raincoats with hoods. *Rucksacks/backpacks are highly recommended. *Bringing binoculars may be convenient. *Depending on the road conditions on the day, the order of the itinerary may change. *This tour is operated with a mixture of Japanese and foreign guests. However a staff member will give you the basic information, such as meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese, although they won’t give you detailed information on the places visited. *A Japanese-speaking guide is included. Although the tour conductor can speak English or Chinese, they are not an interpreter for the guide. Accommodation *If there are 3 guests booked for one room, an extra bed may be provided in the twin room. *Some rooms in both hotels are only equipped with a shower, so there might not be a bath inside the room. However, all the rooms are equipped with a toilet. *Room arrangement will be decided by us and any requests such as room layout or view cannot be accepted. Meeting/Flights *When the flight/ferry is cancelled or delayed due to bad weather, the tour itinerary may have to be significantly changed. If you need to stay an extra night due to the flight/ferry cancellation, the cost of accommodation will be covered by customers. We apologize for the inconvenience caused in advance. *Depending on the departure date, there may be a connecting flight from New Chitose Airport *The meeting time on the day of departure is 50 minutes before the scheduled flight. We will not cover expenses if you have to stay near Haneda Airport on the day before (hotel costs, taxis etc.) The details of the meeting time and place will be sent to you around a week before your departure. *The initial schedule is subject to significant change if the flight is delayed or has to be diverted to a different airport due to bad weather. Any additional expenses caused by the disruptions will be covered by the passengers. *Seat allocations: Due to the seating layout and reservation situation, even if you booked the tour as a group or a pair, your seats may not be next to or close to each other. *For any requests to alter passenger details (i.e. name change), contacting the airline will be required. If the flight is full, any requests may not be able to be arranged. If a request is possible, a fee will occur. Other *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.

A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
