Meals have also been carefully selected to represent Hokkaido ・Lunch on Day 3 is all-you-can-eat crab (hair, snow and red king varieties), scallops, oysters and sushi for 70 minutes. 3. Enjoy hot springs in the evening ・Day 1: Yumoto Takubokutei, Yunokawa Onsen: Boasting excellent views of Mt. Hakodate from the outdoor bath and a Japanese garden, unwind at this Japanese style ryokan. ・Day 2: Jozankei View Hotel, Jozankei Onsen: Jozankei Onsen is known as Sapporo's 'inner parlor' and is the closest resort to the Sapporo Snow Festival. 4. [Attention] Possible changes to the itinerary *For the departure on February 2, the tour visits the Snow Festival on Day 3 meaning that we cannot visit the evening ice sculpture light-up event. *The tour may be conducted in reverse order due to reasons associated with hotels and flights. *Please be aware that there is a possibility of a connected flight at New Chitose Airport. *If there are 3 guests booked for one room, an extra bed will be provided or guests will be separated into two rooms. *The night views from Mt. Hakodate is not guaranteed if there is bad weather around. *The itinerary is subject to change and even activities cancelled should the weather be significantly bad. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that flights and other transportation are significantly delayed, suspended etc., any additional expenses incurred (accommodation, travel, food etc.) will be at your own expense. *Please be aware that some ingredients, especially seafood, may change depending on the catch and stock availability. Tour bus *This tour is operated with a mix of Japanese and foreign guests. *A Japanese-speaking guide is included. Although the tour conductor can speak English or Chinese, they are not an interpreter for the guide. Attire *Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Flights *The meeting time on the departure day is 50 minutes before boarding the scheduled flight. Any costs for the accommodation around the airport a night before the tour day or for the transportation to the airport are covered by customers. (Detailed information about meeting place and time will be informed at least 7 days prior to the tour departure day.) *When allocating plane seats, due to seating arrangements, you may be separated even if you booked as a group. Even customers who booked for two may not be seated next to each other or sat on the same row. *To change customers (name change), a confirmation from the airline is necessary. When the flight is fully booked, a name change is not possible. When a name change is possible, a handling fee will be charged. Other *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.

Language Support

A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
