Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. •Depending on the traffic conditions, visiting time at Murodo might be shortened. •During the period of “Yuki-no-Otani Snow Wall Walk” (Route open day to June 22, scheduled), arrival time to the hotel might be around 20:00~21:00 due to traffic. •2 single rooms might be provided in some cases to those who made a reservation with 1 room for 2 participants. •Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended. •Visiting spots might be very cold. Bringing thick winter clothes is strongly recommended. •Depending on traffic or other conditions, the order of the itinerary may change. •Please note that the tour is operated in Japanese. The accompanied staff gives you the basic information (such as meeting place and time at each stop) in English or Chinese but they do not give you the detailed information on the visiting places. •Despite booking as a group, you may be separated in the plane or shinkansen when arranging seats. •We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) •A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. •The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. •The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements.
