[Attention] *Seat allocations for trains: Due to the seating layout and reservation situation, even if you booked the tour as a group or a pair, your seats may not be next to or close to each other. *Please wear comfortable warm clothing and walking shoes. *Depending on the road conditions on the day, the order of the itinerary may change. *This tour is operated with a mixture of Japanese and foreign guests. However a staff member will give you the basic information, such as meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese, although they won’t give you detailed information on the places visited. *A Japanese-speaking guide is included. Although the tour conductor can speak English or Chinese, they are not an interpreter for the guide. *Flower blooming time varies slightly according to weather. Peak viewing period could be before/after the tour day depending on the weather/climate. The tour will go ahead in principle once it is confirmed, even if you can't enjoy the cherry blossoms. We also reserved the right to change the itinerary partially. *If the blooming status announced by the Kawazu Cherry Blossoms Festival Executive Committee is "less than 20%", you will visit "Carnation Garden" instead. *The Resort 21 train on Izu Kyuko Line has no reserved seats. You may have to stand during the ride, if it is crowded. Depending on the operation or other reasons, the train type is subject to change. Also, the train might not operate due to the bad weather. *The lift on Mt. Omuro might not operate due to the bad weather. *Since the outdoor bath is right on the water's front, you will not be allowed to enter should there be high waves. In addition, you cannot directly access the outdoor bath from the indoor baths. Please make sure you are appropriately dressed before using the outdoor facilities. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.

A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
