[Important] *Niigata Station~Niigata Port: journey taken by taxi (4 people). You may share a taxi with members of other groups or your group may be split up into different taxis. Furthermore, a bus may be used instead. The journey will be approximately 15 mins. *This tour's train schedule is decided by the present schedule as of the end of 2019. Therefore, due to the schedule revision of the railway company in the middle of March every year, the departure and arrival times for the outbound Shinkansen may be different than stated on the itinerary. *When the jetfoil is cancelled or delayed due to bad weather, you will ride a car ferry and the tour itinerary may have to be changed including some shortenings/omissions of sightseeing places. *For those worried about seasickness, it is recommended to bring medicine for motion sickness. *You will join a beginners course for gold panning experience. You will be standing on the ground, and pick the gold dust by hands soaked in water. *Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended. *Depending on the road conditions on the day, the order of the itinerary may change. *This tour is operated with a mixture of Japanese and foreign guests. However a staff member will give you the basic information, such as meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese, although they won’t give you detailed information on the places visited. *A Japanese-speaking guide is included. Although the tour conductor can speak English or Chinese, they are not an interpreter for the guide. *When allocating Shinkansen seats, even if you booked as a group, you may be separated. Even customers who booked for two may not be seated next to each other or sat on the same row. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. Language Support

A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
