What's included in Infant Price (3-5 years old) Bus seats only [Attention] Flights *A domestic flight facility usage fee (round trip JPY580) is required and will be paid at the same time as the tour fee. Furthermore, as this tour uses group inclusive fares, the facility fee for children will be the same as adults. *Details of all passengers are required (name, age and gender) so please enter them when booking the tour. If the information is not entered properly, you may not be able to board the flight. *For any requests to alter passenger details (i.e. name change), contacting the airline will be required. If the flight is full, any requests may not be able to be arranged. If a request is possible, a fee will occur. The fee required for a change will be the cancellation fee for the plane ticket and the difference between the newly acquired plane ticket and the original ticket. The new plane ticket could be issued at a normal price (not group travel price) if the departure date is near or due to the booking situation, and so the difference could be higher. *A booking for a group of 4 in one room may be split into two rooms. *For night 2 at Rockwood Hotel & Spa, 2-3 people will be allocated per room and for a room with 3 people, an extra bed will be provided. For bookings of 4 or more people, two rooms will be used. Gono Line *Since seats are not reserved, you may have to stand for the journey. * The section of the journey travelled is subject to change. * Some parts of the journey will be in land where you can’t see the coast. Nyuto Onsen Village *Although face towels are sold, it is recommended to bring your own. Itinerary *Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. *The order of the itinerary is subject to change. *This tour is a mix of foreign and Japanese passengers. Other *For the smooth operation of the group tour, we are responsible for allocating the seating for the transportation (bus, trains etc.) used during the tour and at facilities where seats are designated. *We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.) *A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail. *The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day. *The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017.
